I think it's okay to have the body scanners because it is for your own good and for your safety. I mean do you rather get killed of just be scanned for your safety.

Negative

I think it's a horrible idea because it's invading other people's privacy. Have some respect for us. Like how rude is that. And then we have body scanners on top of that and they are seeing everything we got. Now that's just dirty. And then if we don't want that as a option we have to let the people who works there check us. And they are going to touch every part of you what if they are gay or lesbians? like HELLOOOOOO !!!!!!

Ground Zero

1. What are some things you learned about the materials (e.g., glass, concrete, steel) used for re-building ground zero.

What I learned was that for the glass they were making it more thicker so it wouldn't be able to brake. And for the concrete they use that to make the building so the building can be stronger and be able to take anything when it gets hit. They also used the steel to make the building more harder and stronger.

2. What were some of the challenges that the builders faced when creating the new WTC building and memorial fountains?

What was some of the challenges was when they were making the glass because they had never made glass so thick and strong. And sometimes it was hard because the glass would brake and then they would have to restart. Another challenge was that they had to create the memorial fountains before the 10 anniversary. Another one was having to put the concrete on the same measurement in order for it to be correct.

3. What does the design of the WTC symbolize? What does the design of the memorial fountains symbolize?What WTC symbolize is for World Tray Center. It's symbolizes the 9/11 attack. The memorial symbolizes the memories of people lives being taken away from them. And the time when it happened.

4. How will this video affect your memorial design? How it will affect it is by me being creative as them. For example: Building the building in a new way and making it more stronger and safer for those who are in there.

Fact & Fiction about 9/11

3 Facts

1.) The attack happened on September 11, 2001. It was so devastating to see what had happened to those in danger and those who had their life taken away from them.

2.)Bin Laden was the one who planned the attack. He probably attacked the twin towers because he was jealous of us because we was better then them.

3.)This tradgedy had happened 10 years ago. It is very sad to look back at this and hear about these people's live been taken away from them. :(

3 Fiction

1.)In the twin tower buildings only 5 people died in that whole thing. Thank god not everybody died.

2.)The person who highjacked the plane got wasted because he was so happy to crash into the building so he got drunk and fell a sleep while flying the plane.

3.)During 9/11 when it was happening and while people were dying no one came to help to rescue them so they all died.

9/11

1. Describe what your favorite design looked like?

What is looked was the one with the names standing up and also that when it's dark it light's up and all you see is their names.

2. How were the designs different, how were they the same?

What was the same is that they are all designs and also it's all based on 9/11. What was different is that they all explain 9/11 in their own way.

3. If you could create a memorial for 9/11 what would it look like?

If I was to make memorial for 9/11 it would look like 9/11 and the way it crashed down and how sad it was and that it will not be forgettable.

Think Outside the Box!!

Dear fans of my blog,

First off, I want to tell you what a fun but sort of boring summer I had. Not only did I got to the pool , but I also enjoyed time with my family. One thing that I didn’t do (but wish I had) was go to another state and hang out with my number 1 friend Jazmin. It feels so good to be at school because I can see all of my friends that I didn't get a chance to see over the summer.

Anyhow, I just watched a Men in Black video clip and it was really Funny. I couldn’t believe that Will Smith was so ghetto to drag the table and then use it to put his paper on. Looking at Mr. Lahana’s “MOST IMPORTANT THINGS” list it’s pretty clear this video was talking about that you can drag a table to lean on. This is funny because he's the only one doing the wrong things.

On #4 of Mr. Lahana’s “MOST IMPORTANT THINGS” list he talks about finding what you love. Besides texting, Facebooking, and drooling over my favorite star Drake, I’m into some serious stuff. Stuff that not everyone’s into– like basketball. It’s true! I could spend hours doing this and time just vanishes. If you gave me access to a computer with a camera, Garageband, Scratch, Photoshop or 3D design software I would make a slide show that showed off my talent at doing what I love most which is playing basketball. But you know, I’m not perfect at my talent yet. By the end of the year I hope I can do tricks with the ball and be a pro. Well, that’s all I have time to write for now– Please Give ME A Good Grade!
